What seems like FOREVER!
Alright so it has been like forever and a day since I have been here. So I guess I need to post some new artwork and show you what I have been doing. I moved to Vegas at the beginning of 2007 and I hate it here. It is just far too hot. I have pretty much quit role playing. There really isn't much in it for me any longer. I was working for the State of Nevada for a while in a Mental Hospital but now I am working as a phone actress. *Chuckles* Yes, that kinda actress! I just started. I made $250 in four days, a total of 12 hours. Not bad eh? And already have made $40 for today in two hours. So yeah, I think I may be making a decent living and get a chance to focus more on my artwork.

Four Years of Nothingness

Lies Lies Lies
Hah... so you go to orientation and you are fed lies.. yet you do not know about these lies that you are fed, it goes a little something like this... Oh we have great Job Placement, almost everyone out of school gets a job! Hah.. How often do I hear from my placement advisor? In fact how often did the placement advisor get changed to another one and then another one and another one each time none of the information we gave them would have been passed on. Ohhhh sooo you go through four years of your life thinking I can do anything after this, I can go to another school, I can get a job.. it doesnt matter right? Its education! BAH! Go to school youll have a better life! HAH!
I graduated in February.. have I gotten anything in my field? NO. I now have student loan payments due and they are nearly four hundred a freakin month.. FOUR HUNDRED A MONTH.. I work at wal*mart.. part time, I can barely affoard to pay my rent and bills as is, and if I was on my own there would be NO WAY IN HELL that I could actually affoard it. Nope not me. Another lie? Hmmm they told me that if I was having financial difficulties that I could get deferments and things along those lines.. hrm barely able to make my own payments, yeah.. Id say thats a financial difficulty... but no... of course not. However I did apply for a Forbearance.. because I didnt qualify for deferments.. unless I have NO JOB.. oh great, lets not work... and not pay any bills and then give me the option, but no.. I get a low paying job.. a job that has nothing to do with what I was taught at the school and they tell me to F*#& myself.. well F*#*& YOU!

Creative Spurt and Work Update

Captivated in the Corporate World
Recently I have gained a bit of a creative spurt which is nice after going into a little dump when my old Avatar Site went boom and the Owners decided to close it. When that happened I kinda lost all my desire to create and my ability along with it, however now its starting to come back and I have been doing a lot more art work this month which is a good thing for certian. Ive been entering contests, working with stock art and creating my own stuff, now if only I would stop being lazy and actually post more of my deviations. Heh.
Sooo I am waiting for word from the Double Tree Hotel on employment, however I just recently put in my two week notice at Wal*Mart and tomorow was supposed to be my last day. However, with not hearing word from the Double Tree Hotel I decided to speak to Management about the possibility of turning in another application or something to try and get into a different department because there was no way no how that I would want to remain as a people greeter. So the manager told me to make sure that my career preference had Toys in for a selection and that she would do an Interview. So I went to make sure and then that manager came in and said well I have decided to hire you...
So now I am going to be a part of the Toy Department as of September 16th, I still get Labor Day Weekend off, and my schedual will always be constant with hours and more than likely days as well which is awsome.. that means I can continue my education and or get a second job perhaps at a book store or something. Heh what a trip.. however if the Double Tree calls me and says I am hired I am more than likely going to go there as they are offering better pay hands down.

Captivated in the Corporate World
So recently I graduated from Platt College... With my Bachelors Degree in MultiMedia with a Specialization in 3D Animation. However, it is Nationally Accredited which has caused for numerous problems with further education and even some employment oportunities. So I am going to go back to school... I will obtain another Associates this time it will be in Sociology and then another Bachelors this time in Psychology, a Masters in Media and my Doctorates will be in the Study of the Psychology of Media Arts. It is a long road to travel but one that I am willing to embark upon.
I keep myself busy with my current work place, Wal*Mart.. and with the continuation of my 3D work as well as Photo Manipulation, and I am ever growing in my Photography skills as I find myself taking more and more pictures and with passing time it begins to grow better and better.
I know that with a little time and preserverince that everything shall work out well in the end. As such I am eager to continue my learning, continue my growth and continue aiding those around me who are curious to learn that which I already know.
I have been seriously lacking in my presence here on Dev but I am hoping to find more time here and there to come in and show some of my work.. wether it is some 3D stuff to Photo Manipulation to some of my Photography that I have been enjoying. Either way, I am hoping that my presence will become a little more known than it has been as of late.
To all of my friends here, I miss you and hope that I can make myself a little more known for you soon.

Long time

Allright this has been a long time coming. I am finally graduating with my Bachelors in Multi Media with a specialization in 3D Animation and Modeling. I have been so gone for too long and I appologize for that. I will be returning soon, there will be new additions to my galleries and I will once more be subscribing to the wonderous place here known as ... deviantART. I have been gone far too long... FAR too long. So anyways, those who may still have me as friends, your missed...
